Good evening I just purchased a refurbished computer for work. I have duo monitors but Microsoft told me I need a better video card to have them both work.

Here are the specs. It's not meant for gaming but I do play world of tanks sometimes when I'm bored but the computer is mostly for work (need both monitors working) when I make more $$ I'll buy a new computer with higher watt. Is there any cards out there that will work in my computer?

From the flowery feature description, it's a SFF HP.

Provided it has a x16 PCIe slot, that would take a low-profile, single-slot card like a GT1030 (which is the cheapest fully modern card available). The recently released DDR4 variant only draws 20w max. It can fully hardware accelerate H.265 HEVC and VP9 videos in 4k60. World of Tanks is a DX9 game that isn't too demanding, so this card would probably be fine for that even at 1080p. It can drive two monitors: one DVI-D and one HDMI so may require an adapter if your monitors take something different.

The only issue is Sandy Bridge arrived in the early days of UEFI, before it was fully compliant with today's UEFI standards. So the GT1030 will work if the HP uses either a fully...

The specs and the PSU's wattage makes me wonder if this is a Dell OptiPlex or even a SFF prebuilt system with proprietary hardware. Mind sharing the system's make and model with us? An SKU will also help. On another note, what sort of work are you intending to do and the apps you intend to use?

So the GT1030 will work if the HP uses either a fully legacy BIOS, or if its BIOS is updated enough to be fully compliant UEFI with GOP. It won't work if it only has some UEFI features. So I'd suggest buying the card from a place that accepts returns if necessary.
