need budget gaming cpu

I have only 15000/ rs. I need to change my board and processor. My existing cpu was fx 4100 its had heating issue. My purpose only heavy and modern gaming. Which is the best for gaming intel or amd. What suits me.....? And which processor..?

If you change your board and processor you will need to adjust your budget for DDR4 ram since the latest platform from either Intel or AMD will not run on DDR3 ram.
