will a palit 1070ti fit on a ASUS 1151 H110M-K M-ATX
my other specs are:
CPU : Intel i5 7500 Kabylake 3.8GHZ
•PSU : 500w
•PSU Connections : 1 x 2pin ATX, 3 x 4pin Molex, 1 x FDD, 2 x SATA
•HDD : 1TB SATA
•RAM : 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ
•Motherboard : ASUS 1151 H110M-K M-ATX
•Motherboard Connections : PS/2 Mouse & Keyboard, USB 2.0 x 4, USB 3.0 x 2, VGA, DVI, LAN, Audio Jacks x 3, PCI-E 3.0 x16 x 1, PCI-E 2.0 x1 x 2
•Case : Dragon Red
•Case Dimensions : Width : 203mm, Length : 464mm, Height : 445mm
•Windows 10 Pro installed

Make and model of your PSU? How old is it? Even though it isn't ideal, the PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot will accept the GPU in question. You're also going to need more than 500W of power from the PSU. Your cases's make and model is shrouded in mystery, perhaps if you shot a picture of it...?

A 1070ti is not going to saturate a 2.0 X16 slot so no problems their.
A quality 500 watt PSU is fine.
65 watt processor, 180 watt video card, about 60 for everything else. 305 watt PC.

For fitting open it up and measure from the back of the case till you would hit something with the video card you need at least 252mm of space. The shourd could stick out a bit but it says board length is 252mm.
