I want to start Building my own budget Pc.I'm new to this and I found my dads old Pentium 4 and a I5 750.
Could I still use one of both because it would be much cheaper.

P.S.:If not I'm building a ryzen Pc

If you can afford to go with a Ryzen 2200G/B350 MB & 8gb DDR4 then that's going to be your best route for gaming as the iGPU in the 2200G is good enough for moderate gaming at 720P. You could possibly reuse your dad's PC case & HDD. As for the PSU I'd look at a Corsair CX (2017) or CXM (2015) 450W.
