Is it bad that I have my Case LEDs in the wrong header?

I plugged my power and reset button in the Front IO Header. They both work fine. When I plugged the LEDs in there was no light, I plugged them in the exact same locations on a different header (not sure, it was white with the same layout maybe USB) and they work great. Got my PC up and running but wondering if this will be an issue.

Might I ask what the make and model of your board is as well as the make and model of your chassis? You should be able to tell/make out the positive and negative terminals on both the board and the chassis.

Case: Thermal Take Core V1

I double checked the IO earlier but doesn't hurt to look at it again. My main concern is that it would damage something, because if it doesn't their is no reason to move it anyway.
