My buddy is having problems with his Rx 560. When he launches some games that are high demanding in graphics the screen turns black but the audio is still running and it says "Initialization Error". He has already uninstalled and re installed his graphics drivers and re put in his graphics card and everything but nothing is working. I went through his pc files to see if there was any sketchy files but there wasn't. He is running on the latest direct x 12 version and its the same exact one as me and I have an i7 7700k and a gtx 1080 so there shouldn't be a problem with his cause im not having any problems. Any suggestions or has anyone else had the same problem as him?
