GPU: GTX 760 Windforce 3x OC 2GB
RAM: 8x2 1333hz DDR3
CPU: Intel I7 4770K
Power Supply: Corsair TX650M 650W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87M-HD3
HDD: Toshiba 7200RPM 1TB
Monitor: ASUS 27' 1080x1920 60hz
Thankyou for answering just want to know if I can play these games prior to purchasing these items

I've played Skyrim on a GTX 770 with maxed out settings (no mods) without an issue.
Your 760 should be able handle it as well.

Fortnite itself isn't very demanding. You can play it even on the Ryzen 5 2400G iGPU.

As for everything else, depends on the game.
Your GPU will struggle with newer titles.
