3 Way Splitter

I'm using the H700i case from NZXT and need some confirmation. I'm using two radiators in my custom loop, and that means I have 6 fans to connect.

I bought a Phanteks fan hub for all my fans. The problem is that with 7 fans, a Hue+, custom PSU cables, NZXT USB 2.0 hub, and the phanteks hub, its hard to manage these cables.

So far, I've managed to route all my cables except the fans. I have seen some 3 way splitters, and I have an idea to minimize the incoming cables.

My question is whether I can connect the 3 way splitter to the fans, and then connect an extension cable to the splitter and have that cable plug into the hub? This way instead of having 6 fan cables running throught the back of the case, i'll just have 2 connecting to the hub?

IF this isn't possible, is there any other way to route these 6 fan cables? Currently I can barely close the case.

Solution
As long as fans are same and controller can give enough power to each branch, it's OK to put as many as you want. Same fans because of better control (each header is going to give some average of fan speeds) and also control it as such so some will run faster or slower than other ones.

Alright thanks! I just wans't sure if the extension cable could handle 3 fans running off of it.
