Everytime i boot up, at random time (sometimes before windows, sometimes later) i hear fast short repeating beeps for around 20 sec like be-beep, be-beep, be-beep.

I dont see any problems under device manager etc.

Windows10, Ryzen 5 1600, Asus Prime x370-pro

thanks

RPM of the fans in BIOS?

the Noctua fans can run at a minimum of 300 rounds per minute (RPM) (+/-20%).
I would set the BIOS fan speed warning to about 250 RPM or deactivate it completely. If something would go wrong over time, the heat protection of the CPU itself would throttle the CPU. This fan speed warning is not necessary.

Can you please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

According to your motherboard's manual, page 2-15, the 3 beeps in succession don't indicate anything. Can you go into BIOS and verify if anything is amiss?? I'd also suggest you update your BIOS to the latest if there any updates pending.

Which slots have you populated the ram stick(s) in?

the exact beep code would be helpful, is it eventually:
long beeeeeeeep, short beep, beep, beep, beep
long beeeeeeeep, short beep, beep, beep, beep
long beeeeeeeep, short beep, beep, beep, beep
long beeeeeeeep, short beep, beep, beep, beep
......
otherwise please record a video of this beep and upload it e.g. to youtube

take some pictures of your connections on the motherboard, upload these to a free image hoster and post the links

8pin ATX12V/EPS power plug next to the CPU connected to your motherboard and not only 4pins of it?

GTX1060 power plugs plugged in completely?

How hot is your CPU while this beep occure?

All fans are spinning while it´s beeping?

Which BIOS version is installed?

yes i did that already before, and settings are default

yes fans are connected into fan slots, i can also control them in bios. they are PWM. (2 separate CPU fans, 3 front fans connected together and to motherboard fan1 slot, 1 back fan connected to fan2 slot

only visible problem is that my second 250gb SSD where old windows7 was installed doesnt show up in current windows10 installed on 750gb SSD

it shows up in bios, but not in windows

this beeping can be a "too" slow spinning fan or not spinning at all while the PC boots up. Usually the CPU fan is in the "CPU_FAN" port and not in the "CPU_OPT" port. But if you use two fans for the CPU, are both connected to these two ports?
Which CPU cooler are you using?

If the temperatures are stable, set the rpm warning for the CPU fan in BIOS to a lower setting than now.

Get into BIOS and check the rpm of the fans while it´s beeping

i uploaded my temps above. highest recorded temp in HWMONITOR is 45° when all cores are under full load

also beeps only occur when pc is waking up or starting up, CPU isnt even stressed
