8gb of RAM installed (1 stick of DDR4), 1.1gb Reserved for system. Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

So recently I changed my Mobo (GA AB350M-HD3), CPU (Ryzen 3 2200g) and RAM (8gb DDR4 2666MHz). I had issues with Windows activation, but have since resolved that. After the activation I noticed that my RAM wasn't being allowed full use.

I never had this issue on my previous Mobo so I looked up solutions. I did the msconfig solution, which yielded no results. Then I disabled the iGPU in my BIOS, but this still has not solved anything.

I don't really know what is going on, I checked my RAM and put it in another slot, but this did nothing. I have restarted Windows plenty and have gone back to a previous version. I reverted any overclocking too, but this did nothing either.
Any suggestions that I haven't tried are appreciated.

UPDATE:
After 2 months of updates, general use, I still only have 6.95gb usable of my RAM.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Have you made sure you're on the latest BIOS revision for your motherboard? Am I right to assume that you reinstalled your OS after you performed the hardware migration?

hang on a minute, if you disabled your iGPU, how are you getting display output to the screen?

I have the latest BIOS installed for my mobo, but I did not need to reinstall my OS as I did not change my storage device.

I am also having a massive issue at the moment, whenever I open anything my disc usage goes to 100% in task manager. Which slows everything down immensely. Certain games now run like absolute garbage, Fortnite for example. Used to play Fortnite on Ultra, now I get janky and jittery fps even on all lowest settings. I am not sure if this has something to do with the disc usage or the RAM issue, or something else entirely.
My RAM issue has not been resolved either.

Yarro,

If you open the task manager and then go to the memory tab and click "open resource monitor" at the bottom link and then hover over the grey box at the bottom it basically says "Memory that is reserved for use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals." There you go. I think with some of the latest Windows 10 updates it is automatically reserving this for that purpose. It is like that on mine also with 1gb reserved and I am sure others also if they took the time to look.

In your first post (second picture) it say "Hardware Reserved 1.1 GB" so for solving that go in BIOS/UEFI and reduce reserved memory for integrated GPU... disabling it does not change that reservation.
The 100% disc usage can be from antivirus (if you use other than Windows Defender - after some updates it reactivates - so you need to reinstall your antivirus so the Defender will deactivate again). Can also be from other things like driver for HDD interface (try updating).

Lol your completely right Cosmin:

I forgot I enabled my igpu to do game stream encoding while my gpu did the gaming. Thanks for that!
