8gb RAM module showing only 4gb in CPU-Z

Heya.

I got Gigabyte z68xp-UD3 motherboard. Just got some extra memory for it. I used to have Kingston 1333 CL9 (KVR1333D3N9K2/8G) x 2. And now I got 2 Kingston 1333 CL9 modules more (KVR1333D3N9/8G). But my problem is that the older memory I used to have shows only 4gb/module in CPU-Z. I actually had to even check the labels and it says 8Gb. And it doesn't matter which ports or combinations I try. Already updated BIOS to lates and all the drivers. Are these memory modules just uncompatible? Now i'm sitting on 24GB instead of possible 32GB.
Any help and ideas would be appreciated!

Essentially they are two different kits. If you compare their specs, their refresh rate is different:

You should look for a quad channel kit to ensure that you're not running into an issue with your motherboard ram slots. On another note, you should be looking at DDR3-1600MHz 1.65v ram kits to work on your platform.
