So i want to build a PC for gaming and streaming,budget is 1400 euros and i just can't think up of a solid build for both gaming and streaming ,any suggestions?

This + 16gb ram + a decent psu

No ram is in stock on that site & theres not a single psu in stock either that I would consider using at all.
