So I just purchased the 240 CLC Liquid Cooler and I am looking to replace the stock fans as I have read they are very noisy. I have been looking at the Be Quiet fans as replacements. Sound good or what should I go for? Thanks!
If you can't choose, I'd ask you to look through any fans which have high static pressure. Static pressure is what will help getting air through the fin stacks of a radiator. Oh, also look into PWM fans.

The stock fans are generally okay as long as you don't push them to their max RPM, since they spin VERY fast compared to most other competition's stock fans.
Lutfij gave great recommendations. I currently have Vardars on my FD Celsius S24, and they are GREAT for keeping the noise down.
By removing the fast, noisy fans on that cooler, you're effectively making it less-effective. Part of what makes that cooler perform well is use of those fans.
