At that budget I would look at a NVIDIA GTX 1050 which about 20% faster then the R7 265. A GTX 1050 Ti would be the next step (10% more speed) up but a bit beyond the budget past $200 USD.

GTX 1050 is about 20% faster than R7 265.
GTX 1050 Ti is about 10% faster than GTX 1050.

If you can stretch the budget go GTX 1050 Ti otherwise go GTX 1050.

Well, I am unfamiliar with the availability of new and used video cards in your region.

However, the hierarchy chart (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html) will give you a good idea of what video cards will perform equal to or better than your old one.

Generally the 1050Ti (or equivalent performers) is considered the starting point for 1920x1080 if you are willing to turn the details down somewhat. But, if your R7 265 was performing to your needs, then anything on that level or higher should work for you.

The market for new graphics cards is pretty crazy and overpriced these days, though.
