Hi, so I bought new RAM (all 4 are the same) and if I fill in 4/4 slots, I won't even come to the BIOS screen. If I put in 3/4 at any Slot and it dosent depend on which RAM I won't put in, my PC starts. My BIOS is on the newest update and I don't really know what to try next. Do you guys have any idea?

My Ram is CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 8GB It is in the list with "DS N/A Heat-Sink Package 15-17-17-35 1.35V. and points " It is a kit of 2 8 Gb's The DS stands for DS = Double Sided (RAM chips on both sides of the PCB). So I think that they should on both side so 1 side 1 kit and on the other side the other kit?

Your RAM is on the officially supported list, & since the sticks are individually working it should be fine.

You should be able to use all 4 sticks without any issue, so yeah, there's a problem going on here. However, it looks like there have been some other people also having issues with RAM on this board (even if not your exact issue) -- http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3341848/asus-rog-strix-z270e-ram-problem.html.

What I would recommend is this:

1. First test each stick individually to make sure that they work. If you have a bad stick, then RMA that set back to Corsair.

2. Next, test each pair of sticks using the B2/A2 slots (per the manual, this is how they should be installed for DDR operation). I know, this involves 6 separate tests (stick 1 & 2, stick 1 & 3, stick 1 & 4, etc.), but this ensures that the 2-stick dual-rate mode is working.

3. Check the CPU socket pins to make sure they're not bent.

If everything tests out OK, then RMA it to Asus.

CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 is a (2 x 8GB) kit not a 4 DIMM kit. Multiple kits are not guaranteed to work together and such multiple kit combinations are not recommended.

What happens is the memory can no longer operate at rated specifications in the multiple combinations and the PC won't boot.
