Computer bluescreens only after waking up from sleep mode

I recently installed an M.2 SSD 500GB to my pc just yesterday, and before I did everything was fine. I'm new to building computers and adding parts, so installing this was quite confusing for me. I managed to get the SSD working and i'm able to play games on it, but when i went to bed the other night and put my computer to sleep, after waking up in the morning and turning it on, i got a bluescreen. I then tried to put it back to sleep again, and immediately wake it back up to another bluescreen. The SSD is working properly, but I'm thinking maybe I have done something wrong in the bios.
My system specs:
16GB Crucial DDR4 2133 Mhz RAM
Ryzen 5 1600 3.2Ghz processor
GTX 1070 Ti DUKE 8G
MSI B350 Gaming Plus motherboard
WD Blue 1TB HDD
WD 500GB M.2 3NAND pci-e SSD

I've also run a program called WhoCrashed to see what the problem is, and i'll post the crash dump here:
On Tue 4/10/2018 11:12:08 AM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\041018-180718-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: storahci.sys (0xFFFFF809E5EB31BC)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x0, 0xB, 0x0, 0xFFFFF809E5EB31BC)
Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\storahci.sys
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: MS AHCI Storport Miniport Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.
The crash took place in a storage driver or controller driver. Since there is no other responsible driver detected, this could be pointing to a malfunctioning drive or corrupted disk. It's suggested that you run CHKDSK.
When I saw that the SSD had unallocated memory, but was detected in my system, I chose to do some sort of a volume to it and got it working as the Disk 1 D: drive.
Windows is up to date, and all drivers are up to date as well, just for referrance. I have no idea what i've done wrong here, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
