Want to upgrade Graphic Card to work with Photoshop CC 2017

Hi, I found out that some filters and actions ( Such as Oil Paint Filter ) cannot be activated due to the lack of capability for my graphic card which is ( Radeon HD 5450 ), which is strange cause the 5000 series are mentioned in adobe supported page for graphic Cards, So now I want to upgrade to a card that can allow me to use all the functionality of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, on ( Low Budget ) please.
This is my Motherboard Specification:

but it's modified using 6GB Ram, and Samsung Evo 1TB SSD. Windows 10 Pro.

Thank for your answer, but i get over loaded, i need a tech to tell if those cards can work on my motherboard , GTX 1050 TI, GTX 1030, GTX 1060 6GB,, and are they support the OpenCL and OpenGL to work good with these softwares ??
