Hi there, we have built a Ryzen 1600 Pc with:

  • -Crucial MX500
    -Asrock AB350M Pro4
    -Gygabyte RX550
    -Patriot Memory 8GB PC4-24000
    -Corsair TXM Series TX550M
    -Fractal Design Define Mini C

All was working fine for a month or so, until it suddenly decided not to boot anymore... Is like the motherboard was doing a "short circuit" or something, but after removing all components (like RAM, SSD, RAMs, Graphics Card, etc.) the pc still is not booting. I have even removed the cmos battery and put it again, but no way.

Sadly, I cannot return the motherboard because the 30 first days passed...
Any advices?

From the video, you don't have any GPU in your PC, because Ryzen does not have onboard iGPU so that it will not boot. Try to clear the CMOS, make sure unplug the power core from wall outlet first. After that install the Rx550, then boot the PC again.

Yeah, that is one of the multiples tries I did, with and without GPU, with and without ram, I have also reseted the CMOS, waiting 15 seconds with the power cord unplugged, removed the motherboard from the case, etc but no way ... it's very strange
