Hello! When I turn the comp or reboot it, the Motherboard label appears and restarts and goes normally without any blue screens ... When I looked at Event Viewer-Windows logs-System, I detected the exact time it was restarted and that's what it was written at that hour: ( but it does not always restart )
https://imgur.com/pt4w0nZ In Costum Viewes-Admininistrative Events writes at the same time- The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

MY PC IS: CPU-I3 8100,16 GB RAM 3200Mhz OC,WD black 1TB,evga gtx mini sc 6GB,PSU cooler master 700W,Mobo-msi z370-a pro,Win10 pro 1709!

the other problem is when I start a game or try to change the resolution of the game, the picture is blurry and to fix a problem I have to restart the computer ( again it does not always happen) . At this point nothing goes as a mistake in Event Viewer.... I have tested all parts for mistakes, bumps, blue ecreans and temperatures but everything is in the norm and without errors! Thanks to those who would pay attention to me!

So you get an event 41 on a restart? that is odd, windows should know why it restarted.
win 10 runs a report on every startup and if it finds it wasn't shut down normally, it creates an event 41.

Do you unplug PC when its off? Win 10 uses hybrid hibernate when you turn it off, it stores a copy of all open drivers in ram + a copy of the kernel. So when you start it, it is extra fast since its already half loaded. You can try turning fast startup off and see if you still get report , but I wouldn't worry about event viewer errors unless they show as Critical. Most errors in there can be safely ignored.

2nd problem.. um, do you have latest Nvidia drivers?

I uncheck fast boot in power options and after 1-2 runs on the computer has not restarted! I will write to you again tomorrow or another day to tell you if the problem has been fixed! for the other problem with blurring the picture, can you give some advice on what it might be like? thank you

does it happen in all games or just one? I play two games and both of them appear

are you lowering resolution? I have written that even when changing the resolution appears

what display are you using? AOC G2460VQ6, 24" TN LED, <1ms, FullHD 1920x1080
I'm with latest NVidia driver and I turned off computer to sleep/hybrid sleep.

plenty of results chasing about blurry screen in game but no posts I can link to with a solution

where did you get gpu drivers from? Nvidia or windows update? They both made by Nvidia, only difference is driver version really. Microsoft copies are normally a few months older and more stable. Might not make a lot of difference here.

wisp?

Why is the display of my monitor blurred or unfocused?
Make sure the PC is set to run the monitor at its true or native resolution. The native and recommended resolution depends on the size of the monitor. All models can typically be set to 60Hz or 75Hz, with resolutions as follows. 15" LCD: 1024 x 768. 17" or 19" LCD: 1280 x 1024. 19" widescreen: 1440 x 900. 20" to 22" widescreen: 1680 x 1050. 24" widescreen: 1920 x 1200. Please check the user manual and/or specifications for your model. You can adjust the resolution in Display Properties located in the Windows Control Panel (in Windows Vista, select the Personalisation feature).

Vista? need to update their faq as it also doesn't include your monitor which does indeed run at 1080p
I am running 4k at 150% zoom, only blurs I get is on 240p movies as it just looks bad.

everything is as described on the sites you've given......In windows 10-display setting, resolution is recommended (FULLHD) the other option like native no have, only recommended! In nvidia control panel is set to fullhd-native.there is no such option as in display setting (recommended ) only 1080p 1920 * 1080 (native) and 1080i,1920 * 1080
