good morning

my card gives me a score of 26400 points using msi afterburner and 27000 using evga precision X,
what I do not know why other 1080ti give a score between 28500 - 30000,how much doing oc reaches me to 27500.

playing far cry 5 with a friend that has the 1080 ti ftw3 the difference were almost 20 fps in 2k and unlimited fps

what would be happening ? Help

my system is i7 6700k
16 gb ddr4 3000mhz
evga g3 750 w gold

Sounds like you have found your card's stable overclock. Remember, your 1080ti is already overclocked from the factory. So the extra 50mhz is on top of what is already overclocked. My card can hold 125mhz clock because it is a founder's edition card, so it is not factory overclocked. Your card is already clocked higher out of the box.
The other cards are probably overclocked higher than yours. A score of 2700 would rank you at number 67 in the world at Fire Strike according to hwbot.org.

http://hwbot.org/benchmark/3dmark_-_fire_strike/rankings?cores=1#start=60#interval=20

That is not just 1080tis either, that is all cards with any type of cooling. So the list includes Titan Vs and cards cooled with LN2. So if I were you I would be pretty satisfied with that score.

Your friend has an FTW, so it is a binned chip compared to your SC. Additionally, there are other factors that impact gaming, such as CPU. Is your CPU overclocked? Is your friends? That can make a difference.

If you want better performance, try overclocking your GPU more. I have no issue running 120% power, +125 on the clock and +300 on the memory without increasing the voltage, for my 1080ti.

I tried to increase the core clock but after 50 mhz the games are fried and come out and when I increase more the memory the score goes down, I have the card in 120% and until it reaches 90 it never comes, and the vcore up to max ,

I have the cpu to 4.7 oc, and my friend has the i7 7700k without oc,
it seems that my gpu did not turn out as good as other

testing yesterday I managed to get it to 28100 with 75 mhz in the core, I imagine it would be fine for the card version since the asus strix goes for the 29000, but I will test the nvidia boost and tell u later, thank you

That boost is still just added to the baseline. It does not eliminate overclocking. A factory overclocked card will start with a higher baseline. Therefore the gap between max clock and stability will be narrower.
