Can i put the G.Skill DDR4 Trident Z 4000Mhz on MSI M5 moterboard

That is wat the Z370M5 supports.

With that said you will probably have a very hard time getting it to run that fast.
In most cases their no reason to go over 3200 unless your tunning very memory intensive work programs. In most cases you will se no performance increase.
