Okay I changed it twice and since yesterday everyone who lives in my house can't get on the internet on their computers but their wifi devices like phones work perfectly fine it's just that the wired connection doesn't seem to work. It comes up with "unidentified network" on the network and sharing center and I really need your guys help. I'm not sure if the router is faulty or I messed something up for everyone. If someone can help me with this then I would be very grateful.

Solution
My guess is that you changed a setting that you didn't intend to change, possible the NAT setting. One option is to reset the router to factory conditions (you didn't mention the router, so you'll have to look this up). Then, run the setup wizard on the router and setup your wifi names and passwords again. Hopefully, this will get your hardwired connections up and running again.
