I bought a Elgato hd60s about a week ago and i tried to use it today but it didn't work. When i connect it to my computer in the USB 3.0 port the elgato software says: "No capture device found". So I tried to plug it in in the USB 2.0 port even tough I knew it wouldn't work just to see if the elgato itself works. The Elgato worked but the software said it needed a USB 3.0 port. So the Elgato itself works. I tried to plug something else in the USB 3.0 port to see if the problem is that the USB 3.0 port broken is but it worked perfectly. Can somebody help me please?
