Im just not sure about installing ram Mhz

Currently im on my build a pc With
Asrock AB350 PRO4
Ryzen 5 2400G
3200 Mhz Ddr4 T-Force NightHawk 16GB (2X8)
Is this possible to use dual Memory Ram 3200 Mhz on 2133 Mhz Mobo

Go to BIOS-> "OC tweaker" then first see if profile is already correct (i.e. close to 3200MHz) otherwise may need to change some stuff to AUTO or even manually overclock (again partly depends if the BIOS profile exists for your memory kit if "XMP" can be used)

You can overclock regardless if no profile but then you need to set the timings manually too which is a hassle and may create instability. You definitely want to hit 3200MHz or close since using an iGPU.

(I'd go with a graphics card at some point though if you game)
That's not a "2133MHz" mobo. It supports 3200Mhz memory.

You MAY require a BIOS update for a memory profile to be added. Then go in and select the option to apply the optimal profile (forget name for Ryzen).. if still confused look up memory overclock for your EXACT motherboard with Google (or other Asrock board which may have same BIOS).

Then use MEMTEST86 to test: www.memtest86.com
