Thermaltake SMART SP-600AH2NKW is more like 500-520W (504W on +12 rail).
But it's still enough for your needs - 80plus certification, all the protections.
Don't go overclocking too much with this PSU.

The RX-580 in particular can really suck power when overclocked. From what I can piece together it's possible to hit about 400W system draw worst-case so probably fine, and most gaming is probably closer to 300W.

Just FYI, but I bought a highly rated PSU only to have it fail right away (manufacturing defect) yet I've had crappy PSU's last over ten years. I'd still replace it eventually though with a high quality PSU (roughly $100USD) perhaps an EVGA G2 750W or similar model with ECO MODE.

(ECO MODE with EVGA when on turns the fan off below 50% load hence the choice of 750W to ensure 375W should be sufficient... 650W thus 325W might not be if you want that option)

Some EVGA fans are strangely loud. I got my dad a Be Quiet PSU and it's far quieter than my EVGA when I don't have ECO MODE (even idle usage is loud and it's not a one-off as the one that failed first was loud too).

Oddly online reviews said the fan was fairly quiet for my EVGA so I'm not sure what's going on there.
