New cpu computer doesn't start

I bought a new cpu amd Athlon c4 860k i cleared the cmos, restored the default bios settings still nothing just a black screen and no bios load with the new processor.when I put back the old one and a6 6400k it starts normally please help.
My mother board is f2a88xm-d3h
Win 7 64bit 4gb ram
P.s.:I checked the cpu slots both are fm2+

Are you using a graphics card? If not, you'd need one with the 860k.

Check firstly the existing version (in BIOS).

At least F6 needed. Try using Q-Flash in BIOS. Check the board's manual http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-f2a88xm-d3h_e.pdf

Can you give me a step by step guide because I tried many things but It doesn't work.after I enter the q flash with the latest drivers for my bios I get the messege:"the current flash utility is outdated.ask your vendor or visit gigabyte website for an updated one" but this is the latest bios I don't get it.

Download the F6 from http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/BIOS/mb_bios_ga-f2a88xm-d3h_f6.exe
Extract the A88XMD3H.F6 file on a FAT32 formatted USB drive.
Enter BIOS and access q-flash, then Update BIOS from drive, Flash disk, and select the file.

I will use Rufus to make my usb bootable,but what should the flash tool be:
Ms-dos
Freedom
Is image or dd image
And the partition scheme should it be uefi only or bios and uefi
I know that my motherboard is with uefi

Ok so I updated my bios to f6 and I still have the same problem when I put my new cpu-》black screen and nothing loads.

Are you connecting the monitor to the graphics card? If yes, and still no go, try connecting an internal speaker to the motherboard and see if any beeps.

Yes the monitor is connected to da gpu.I have an internal speaker connected and it doesn't beep.

Remove all RAMs and start the board. See if beeping. If no sound, then it could be a faulty CPU. An option would be testing a newer BIOS version, but the board should support the 860k starting with F6, according to their site.

Should I buy another cpu then if this one is faulty that means they the problem isn't in my pc and there should be no problem with another cpu?

Try returning it, if under warranty. The other components are ok, since running with the a6 one.
