Overclock CPU FSB to match 1333MHZ DDR3

Hi, I noticed that my CPU is downclocking my 2x2GB RAM from 1333mhz to 800mhz. cause my CPU FSB is 800mhz.
I read the MOBO manual and I saw that I need to adjust the RAM jumper to match to 1333mhz volt setting.
See here:

I have changed the jumpers according to image NUM 3.
Then, I turned on the PC and entered to bios, and I saw that the CPU FSB has changed to 1333mhz, and the ddr3 has changed to 1066mhz and not to 1333mhz, why?
If I try to manually change the DRAM timing, when I restart the PC I am getting a black screen (no beeping) and only the fans are working, so I reset the CMOS.

I want them both to be at the same frequency 1333mhz.

CPU: E5700 800mhz Dual core.
RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 1333mhz.
Motherboard: G41M-GS3

Thanks in advance!
