i looked at the cpu in google images and it's a 115x cpu , so basically it should fit . your motherboard too is a haswell mobo .

i7-4770S is supported with BIOS version F7 (the same BIOS needed for your current i5-4440). Heck, with that board & the supported CPU list, I'd even consider getting an i7-4790 (non-K version), as you'd not only get the extra threads but a slight uptick in clock speeds.
