Corrupt installation Windows or something

Hello there, I wonder If I have a corrupt Windows 10 installation, As I get errors like i can't record with bandicam or c drive, it says change output folder, and when i install a app or game, and i check create desktop icon, it gives me error when installation is finished as it is completed installation successfully, and it doesn't create dekstop icon.

So in total result, Is it the C Drive ? and any tips to fix it ?

download/create a WIn10 install USB, and do a repair install on top of your existing install, selecting 'keep /save data and apps'...


If that is unsuccessful, back up your data/files, and do a full reinstall (delete partitions, quick format, reinstall)...

Naturally, you should gather assorted chipset and GPU drivers from your MB and GPU manufacturer before attempting this, as default MS drivers installed during Windows install are rarely best...
