Can someone help me with a pc build?

I know you guys probably get this a lot, but I would like to build a new pc. I have previously owned Macs, which have crappy GPUs and run windows not so efficiently. I was thinking to get a build like this:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fBPK4q

It's a little above my price range, so if you guys have any ideas for what I could do to put the price down, that would be very nice. I intend on using it for schoolwork, programming (mainly visual studio), and gaming. Lastly, can I get an estimated frame rate on medium to high graphics settings for running a modern game like Destiny 2 or Fortnite?

Edit: My friend made a build a little while ago, but his build lacked a part to connect to wifi. Does anyone know if my build can connect to wifi, and if not, how to get it capable of connecting to wifi.

Thank you so much in advance!!!

Solution
Lose the CPU cooler because it's not needed. The CPU is more than is needed for the GPU, unless you are streaming. You're gonna want 2x4GB for dual-channel.

Other than that I wouldn't downgrade anything else. Just save up for it.

Solution
you can cut cooler, stock cooler is very good
dual channel ram is better, Ryzen thrives with faster rams.
psu can be better
monitor has 5ms lag

THANK YOU!!! You are saving me over $100. Can I offer you a $5-10 Steam gift card or something? Also, how well will this run Fortnite?

Your build looks good, 1st, unless you plan on really trying to really OC at the very highest levels you can just use the AMD provided CPU cooler the Wraith Spire. It can handle overclocking for most users. 2nd, I would go with 8GB kit or more like a 16GB kit, so you get the dual channel RAM performance. 3rd, if you can swing it I'd add a SSD boot drive you can use a 120GB to 128GB model, but if you can afford it I'd go with a 240GB to 256GB SSD. Other than that I think you are good to go.

Ahh, I now realize that meant 5 milliseconds of lag. I can imagine that getting a bit infuriating at times. Thank you

I appreciate your offer but no need to pay me. Check YouTube for gameplay videos with that hardware.

Here's some:

Looks like 90+fps medium settings, 40+fps max settings for the Ryzen 3 system.
