My Alienware Aurora PC is not connecting to wifi, saying 'Unidentified Network' with the yellow triangle exclamation point warning, I troubleshooted and it told me to 'Reset my wifi adapter' and I unplugged my wifi box and plugged it back in hundreds of times, please help?
