I'm about to purchase the Corsair CX650 650W 80 Plus Power Supply, but not sure. Can someone please confirm as I am a computer noob.

Thanks!

this PSU will definitely work.
though few comments on your build:
1. why would you buy 2400G if you getting a GPU ? go for ryzen 5 1600 for the same price.
2. for just few $ more you can get faster and more reliable SSds like

3. this memory kit is bad. CL15 at 2400Mhz is awful. ryzen CPUs are very sensitive to RAM.
a bit more expensive but with better performance kit
