Cannot connect to the internet after installing Windows 7ultimate. After troubleshooting I'm told to install drivers. How do I do that?

Depends on the PC.
If it's a homebuilt/custom-built one, download drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website.
Laptop or factory-built PC, download from that laptop/PC manufacturer's website.
Obviously you'll need to to use a different computer that's got internet access.
Then you just copy the downloaded drivers to a pen drive and plug that pen drive in to the PC which needs them.
