and then suddenly my monitor's screen goes black but the other hardware on my PC is still running on the background so I had to restart it and when I reach on the Windows Logo part my screen goes like the 1st image. So the only way I can still use my PC is not install the drivers, Idk what to do is this a Fauly/Dying GPU ? I've changed my cable Im using VGA cable and tried DVI-D but its still the same. Hope anyone can help

phenom ii x6 1055t
gtx 750ti palit 2gb dual stormx
8gb ram 1333
Season m12 620w
3 hard drives

No, I havent tried the older drivers i wont risk it since if i install it, it will go back to the screen like the image and its frustrates me to wait for restoring and 90% it doesnt work, and I have to format my PC again, I've already formatted my PC 3x this day.

So today I bought a new graphics card 1050ti when I installed its latest driver the problem wasn't there anymore, So the 750ti is the one causing the problem then or maybe its already broken? I suppose. I'll test it on my friends desktop and see what happens but the screen problem wasnt there anymore when I installed the 1050ti's driver.

One more thing is my graphics card perfectly align. I put 2 screws Idk if its perfectly align
