gpu fan makes an odd noise, I know that is vague, so I included a sound file. here
I have been using this pc for 2 years now, and haven't had this issue before.
The volume seems ramps up on more intense games, but then on other games doesn't.. But then while using afterburner and increasing fan speed, it doesn't do much.
I am using a gtx 960 (2bg). An average 25c out of game and 60-70ishc in game temperature.
I am new, so anything else I need to included
EDIT: Just some more infomarion, while launching the sound becomes very loud and intense for the bootup menu, then suddenly becomes very quiet, then raises to become somewhere inbetween. And then sometimes during games it will become silent, raise, then lower then repeat.
