PC is slow on home network while other devices are fine

This started 2 days ago, nothing will load from the internet on my PC using my home network. I have used other networks with the PC and they work fine. My home network also works perfectly on my phone and laptop.

Open up your Task Manger and review your Processes & Performance tabs. See what is eating up PC's resources. You are looking for odd applications and unusual network traffic.
