Asrock not saving OC settings

I have an Asrock z370 extreme4 and I am trying to overclock it but not sure it is working. I go into the BIOS and there are pre-set options to go up to 5.0 but 4.9 and 5.0 are in red (not sure why). I decided to go to 4.8 but I do not think it's working because screenshots below still show base clock.

Go to the 'bench' tab in CPUZ, click 'stress CPU' then look at the clocks again. Stop the stress test when you're done.

Also make sure you monitor CPU temps and be sure you have an adaquate cooler. 1.36v VCORE might make some heat under load.
