What tier is my pc? (Low end - mid end - high end)

I'd really like to know!
Specs:

CPU: i5 4440S at 2.8 with turbo on to 3.3 gHz

GPU: MSI R9 270X

RAM: 1x4 and 1x2 at 1600mHz

PSU: 460 Watt

HDD: 1tb Toshiba SATA 7200 rpm

If you need more specs let me know
(Or if its in the wrong category I'm new to this)

The distinctions are fairly arbitrary, but I'd probably put this on the low end. Has some decent budget parts, but demerits for the 6 GB of mixed RAM and a mystery PSU at a non-promising wattage. But "tiers" are meaningless; what matters is what you're trying to run and whether or not your PC can accomplish this.

I should add: its an asus prebuilt that I upgraded, its my first desktop. I used to have a shitty laptop. The ram is same spec different size, cpu is finw with me.
The pc cost me €200 in total
