How to use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility?

I have Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for PUBG since I want more fps, but I don't know what "things" to overclock or fiddle with for higher fps. Or do I use bios to overclock? Any help would be great.

I have intel core i5 7200u @ 2.5 GHz, 8GB ram, intel HD Graphics 620.

No discrete GPU and laptops are dreadful for overclocking. I don't honestly get anywhere near enough extra performance from overclocking that's worth the heat and effort. If you want more fps, I think it's going to be from just how far you can turn down *PUBG's* settings.
