Looking for decent mobo budget 120USD

Hi, im looking for a decent mobo thats around 120USD or less, it needs to be able to support a 980ti and an i5-8400 with 16gb ddr4 2400-2666. Also, any recommendations for cheap cpu coolers would also be appreciated.

Stock cooler is perfectly capable of running 8400 without issue.

B360 motherboard will be a good choice, a entry level msi B360 is about $70 on newegg,
Under 120, the most over kill board I have seen is the asrock fatality k4 B360.

Would it be a good idea to get a water cooler just incase i wish to oc in the future? also, will a water cooler increase the cpu life span, if money isnt a problem what do you think?
