OS : Windows 10 Home
CPU : Intel Core i5 7400 @ 3.00 GHz = 99 degrees Celcius
RAM : 8GB Dual Channel
Motherboard : ASUSTek Prime B250M-K = 121 degrees Celcius
GPU : 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960= 25 degrees Celcius
The temperatures are kind of concerning me, especially since i used to get 300+ fps on Counter-Strike and now its struggles to stay over 100fps. I'm assuming its something to do with my CPU temperature or MOBO temperature. Are these Ok temps and, if not, any ideas as to what I should try?

No, if the temp is accurate, you got some serious heating issues on cpu and mobo, see if te cpu fan is working while gaming and there should be some decent air being sucked into the fan, also clean cpu cooler from dust and debris.

The CPU fan is working all the time. I removed the CPU and CPU cooler, removed the thermal paste and re-applied it and the temps have gone down to 90 degrees Celcius but they still aren't great :/
