Need help with first gaming PC

I am currently putting together the parts for my first PC. Altough I have done a little bit of research I am not quiet sure about the parts I picked out.

The PC is for gaming, programming and normal studying work. The theme I am going for is an almost all black PC with RGB lighting and my budget is around 1000-1200 euros.

It would be nice if you could help me.

Parts:

CPU: AMD-Ryzen 5 1600 (174.98€)

CPU Cooler: Stock cooler altought I really like the look of the NZXT Kraken x52 (0.00€ for now)

MOBO: ASUS Strix B350-F Gaming (89.99€)

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB or Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (which is better and what Clockspeed is best) (199.99€ for G.Skill 3000MHz; 189.99€ for Corsair 3000MHz)

Storage: 2.5" 256GB SSD from Samsung or SanDisk (2TB HDD maybe done the road because I have a external 2TB Seagate drive) (SanDisk 240GB 60.99€)
I am also willing to buy a 256GB M.2 SSD (e.g. Samsung 960 EVO) (119.99€)

GPU: I really want a ASUS ROG Strix triple fans card, but I dont know if I should get the GTX 1060 O6G or the RX580 O8G (394.88€ GTX 1060; 434.98€ RX580)

Case: NZXT S340 Elite (Black) (79.99€)

PSU: I am currently thinking about the SeaSonic EVO-Edition 620W 80+ Bronze, but I not sure if there are better PSUs out there (63.89€ for SeaSonic)

I appreciate any advise I can get.

Thank you.

I am going to wait for the new Ryzen CPUs and see what the reviews say. GPUs are still a bit expensive so until the prices drop I have time look at the Ryzen 2000 series.

you might want to wait until you can get the brand new Ryzen 5 2600 (more preferable the X one, supposed to be cheaper than the first gen lineup, yet stronger)

assuming that by going for 16GB, you will do lots of multitasking, hence, more cores benefits you better (in this case, Ryzen 7 line up)

if you change your mind and going for Ryzen 2000 (make sure mobo bios supports the cpu)

you can go with what you like, make sure you pick the lower CL (G.Skill known better, but I always pick Corsair)

1060 6gb consumes lower than RX580 but still at a same performance, but since the 1060 6gb is cheaper than the RX580, then 1060 6gb
