Wifi Authentication error only on specific Network

So I just got my new phone (Lenovo K8 note running Nougat) I noticed on my Grandparent's wifi I would always get disconnected randomly with the wifi authentication error though on other networks it's a breeze it also happens to my mum's phone so I'm sure I'm not alone in this what could I do to fix this?
WHAT I'VE TRIED
forgetting network
resetting network settings
changing wifi password
Please help

Are you moving around with your phones when you get disconnected or just sitting in one place when the disconnects happen?

Are there other wireless devices and networks around where your Grandparents' live? Cameras, baby monitors, etc..

Could be some nearby source of interference that goes up and down depending on the circumstances there.

What make and model wireless router is being used? Who is the router administrator?

You may need to change wireless channels or even the frequency.



Try raising the wireless router higher or otherwise try some change in location. May only need a couple of feet.
