Should I buy an unopened GTX 1080 for less than 200$ but with no return.

Solution
If it is Buy It Now. Read it carefully. It is probably a scam with some trick wording. If it is up for auction. The price will likely go up.

Whether or not a seller accepts returns. If it does not arrive in a functional state and they don't specify it is not working. You are covered by eBay and Paypal. If the seller refuses the return after you file a complaint. As long as eBay/Paypal accepts your complaint. Which is nearly impossible for a seller to refute. They will refund you.

By the way. The only new listing I see for $130 is a waterblock. It is not a GTX 1080. Just a waterblock for a few specific models of GTX 1080.
