Need help with upgrade

I know very little about computers so I need help upgrading mine.
This is what I have:

I need to know if they will work before I order them.

Looks good to me.

As far as the memory being on the list of approved memory for that MB....I don't know that...but the specs are right and in most cases you will be fine.

You can check that on the MB specs...or maybe you have.
