Are these nicely matched, and how do I know what one is faulty?

1) I'm planning to build a PC for mid-gaming at 1080p/720p, and I'm really on a budget (+or- 400USD, all the components I list here are less than that but I'm from a third-world country so... Shipping and other taxes are my death), so, what do you think about this?:

*Case: Gamepro G7 (OEM) - 40USD (in my country).

*Mobo: Gigabyte H110M-A - 50USD + taxes (I'll buy it from Amazon through TiendaMIA)

*CPU: G4560 + taxes (I'll buy it from Amazon through TiendaMIA)

*GPU: Msi Aero ITX RX 560 4GB, Gigabyte RX 550 2GB, Gigabyte GTX 1050 or EVGA GTX 1050 SC (I'll choose only one, I'm actually thinking about which one to get, considering price and so) + taxes (I'll buy it from Amazon through TiendaMIA)

*PSU: EVGA 500w (in my country)

*RAM: Ballistic LT 8GB DDR4 + taxes (I'll buy it from Amazon through TiendaMIA)

I'll also add a fan or two in the case, a coolermaster one or something like that.

2) Btw, do any of you guys know how may I know, if when I put every component in, and when I do all the * about connecting them and so, if, and JUST IF, the PC doesn't gets to work or works but not too well, what component would be the faulty one?

2 hipotetical cases; A) PC doesn't even turns on.
B) PC turns on but there is some other defect.

For compatibility questions you could look here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/
As far as problems go, any part may come DOA and the rest is up to you to assemble well.
