I'll start by saying this I've installed a gtx 460se, a gtx 460, a gtx 480, and all have worked with my big rig setup. So I put the 980 ti in a smaller rig that the gtx 460 was in and it was awesome. It ran perfectly. The PSU in the small rig was a Corsair CX 600 and in the big rig a Corsair TX 850m The 850 ran all my other cards fine except the 980 and the 600 ran all cards fine including the 980. Every time I put the 980 ti back in my big rig it goes to boot screen and hangs for a while then goes to a blinking cursor forever. The big rig that the 980 won't run in is an asus P8P67LE mobo w/ an intel i5-2400 while the small rig has a gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L w/ a modified intel XEON E5440 @ 2.83GHz @ 2.67 GHz.

I went into Bios and turned off the EPU energy saving crap too.

What now?
