My display turn off/blank/no signal wheb voltage fluctuations occures

Note that only it occurs while all components is plugged in to ups without ups no problem everything works fine.

I plugged only display to direct plug(not ups) but the same problem again and again

Questions.

1. How to fix this ? not happened before i bought new gpu

2.while directly plugged to power plug (no using ups) , when electricity breaks(iam linving in kerala, india)system turn off completely , will this reduce any components life span??

Solution
Yes, electrical problems (voltage on/off or going up/down) can damage components and reduce their life span.,

The display loses power and goes off with no electricity or low voltage electricity. That is to be expected.

The UPS simply provides the necessary power (hopefully) to keep the computer and display operational long enough for you to save your work and properly shut down.

And if the electricity is off often enough or too low the UPS battery may not be getting fully recharged in between outages.

Depending on the size of the UPS and the load you may only have a few minutes to shut down.

Newer GPUs tend to use more power and will run down the UPS battery faster.

And if the UPS and/or the battery are old then the protection...

And if the UPS and/or the battery are old then the protection is even more reduced and the time limited.

What you can do is to use the UPS for only the computer and the display via the UPS plugs.

If the UPS still cannot provide enough power long enough then you will need a larger UPS or perhaps a second UPS (for display)
