i have an rx 480, with the reference cooler, and ive noticed that the fan makes a sort of buzzing noise. It is not coil whine, because when i stop the fan, the sound goes away immediately. I think using some oil on the bearings would help, but i dont know how to access these bearings. If there are any other recommendations you can give for silencing the noise, id love to hear it, thanks.
