Okay, this is not the first time this happened. Brand new PC, build from the ground up with all the parts and goodies. Worked perfectly fine and then the problem began when I hooked up my PS4 controller and the DS4 Windows App. It worked fine. Controller read Bluetooth fine, everything was great, and after a few weeks, suddenly I no longer have Bluetooth. Disappeared from Device Manager, (not even after selecting show hidden files) it's the craziest thing. It occurred when I wanted to remove the controller under Bluetooth menu because I wanted to use another one, suddenly it corrupted it because nothing worked. After X hrs working on restoring it, I pulled it off and tears of joy were all over. The right controller was used, program worked, Bluetooth was back on. Problem is, I honestly dunno how I manage to do this, I just know that it took me hrs of crazy troubleshooting and looking around. There was no simple one step process.

Today I turned on my PC, everything is perfectly fine, I turn on the controller, light goes on, connection is there, but my game starts acting funny, nothing a restart can't fix, and then it happens.

Bluetooth is GONE. It's driving me crazy, I dunno why that is the case. Now when I restart my system I get a pop up saying ''Unknown USB Device Request Failure', I don't even have the controlled plugged in with a cable. Not even turned on. Yet this appears. I want to point out that the controller works perfectly fine wired though.

Here's what I've done so far, please assist if you have any other suggestions, but most importantly, why does this keep happening? I'm not doing anything special or different.

Things done so far:
- Updated my bios, downloaded the Bluetooth drivers etc from my MB manufacturer website.
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth, it said that my PC doesn't even have such a thing. Um, okay?
- Troubleshoot Hardware, got the 'Unknown USB Device Request Failure, which is also on Device Manager code error 43.
- Troubleshooting the hardware only directed me to update windows and to look for the driver at first now it says that it can't find the problem. Nothing to update from Windows either.
- The whole unsinstalling of Unknown USB Device Request Failure and search for Hardware doesn't reinstall nor do anything. It only reappears again.

My main goal is to have Bluetooth reappear in my Device Manager at this point.

I resolved this eventually. It was insane. The thread wasn't active so I never bother to updated it.
